The official US trailer of Terminator Salvation, aka Terminator 4 has been released by Warner Bros. Christian Bale seems to really give a new dimension to the character of John Connor. That's not the crying toddler from Terminator 3, he's become the man that will lead Mankind during the final war against the machines.

Spiderman 4 Movie Release Pushed Back To 2011

It's not without feeling some frustration that I learned that Spiderman 4 is being pushed back from 2009 to May 2011...

During a meeting with theater owners Spider-Man producer Laura Ziskin revealed that Spider Man 4 is tentatively scheduled in May 2011. Moreover the screenplay of Spiderman 4 is not even finished yet... And besides, neither Director Sam Raimi nor Actor Tobey Maguire is yet confirmed for this fourth movie installment of the Spider-Man franchise.

Why do they wait so long? Aren't they afraid of people loosing interest not only in Spiderman but more generally in the superhero genre if they wait too long?

Let's hope that Marvel and Sony will try to start the production of Spiderman 4 as soon as possible!

Last Airbender Trailer


As you may know there is a live-action cinema adaptation of Avatar The Last Airbender under way. The movie is directed by M. Night Shyamalan. But how did he learn about this animated TV show?

Well, we may have to thank his daughter! It is indeed through her that Director Shyamalan discovered Aang, the Last Airbender.

Last Airbender Movie in 2010

A few years ago the Cartoon TV network Nickelodeon started to broadcast a new animate TV sho titled 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' (also known as 'Avatar: The Legend of Aang' in several countries). It has since been a real success winning both critics' appraisal and public acclaim.

So no wonder that Hollywood is already working on a live-action trilogy adaptation. The project is tackled by Director M. Night Shyamalan who has been introduced to the show by his own daughter who is a dedicated fan of Aang's adventures.

But a dispute with James Cameron's film Avatar regarding title ownership resulted in the first movie being titled The Last Airbender.

The Last Airbender is slated for a release in Summer 2010.

The Plot:
"The story follows the adventures of the successor to a long line of Avatars who must put aside his irresponsible ways and stop the Fire Nation from enslaving the Water, Earth and Air nations." (Source: IMDb)

suppose I have more free time on my hand than M. Night Shyamalan, because I did not wait for my children to tell me about the show. Yeap, actually my children get interested in the Last Airbender through me. No joking! :)

The teaser here below has generated some buzz since it has been made available on the Internet.

It's not a real trailer of the upcoming Green Lantern movie.

In a scene following the end credits of the first Iron Man film Samuel L. Jackson, as Nick Fury, has introduced the upcoming Avengers movie:




Besides this cameo of Nick Fury talking about the Avengers, there is also a crossover scene in the Incredible Hulk showing of Tony Stark / Iron Man talking to General Thunder Ross:
